Payment can be made online using Visa or MasterCard during the secure checkout process. Or if you choose to pay via a bank EFT, then you will receive the banking details in an email after checkout with your invoice, to use as your reference when payment is made.

Shipping lead times vary from 1-2 days to 5-7 days, depending on which shipping method you select during secure checkout. The cost of shipping ranges from R90.00 to R160.00, depending on which shipping method you select during secure checkout and the location of your shipping address, as well as weights and dimensions of the boxes.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times which are mainly door to door. For example, many customers choose to have their order shipped to their work address rather than their home address, as they are at work during the day.
Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Our Little Home to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered to your local post office or signed for at your specified shipping address (depending on your shipping method), it is no longer insured by us. For security reasons, you will need to sign for your order if you select 'Door-to-Door' as your shipping method during checkout.
